Role Description

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and ensure production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams, set strategic goals, and monitor performance metrics.
• Implement process improvements and manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on operational plans, risk management, and long-term initiatives.
• Supervise department heads, review reports, resolve escalated issues, and maintain quality standards.
• Foster safety and compliance, communicate with stakeholders, support talent development, and drive productivity and sustainability projects.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong operational and strategic planning abilities, including production management, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Understanding of budget management, resource allocation, and cost control in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal, regulatory, and external stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, complex decision-making, and risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, management, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Previous senior leadership experience in industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors in Pakistan or similar regions is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Faisalabad District and engage directly with operations and frontline teams.
