• Your key duties
• We are seeking a highly motivated Architecture Graduate to join our prestigious team in KSA, Riyadh, to work on some of the world’s best and most complex projects.
• Assist senior design managers in coordinating multi-disciplinary design inputs across architecture, engineering, and specialist disciplines.
• Support in developing and maintaining project design programmes and deliverables schedules.
• Help facilitate project meetings, record actions, and follow up with teams to ensure progress.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of design strategies.
• Assist in tracking design risks, design changes, and project scope.
• Learn and apply industry-standard design management tools and techniques.
• Participate in design reviews, workshops, and project reporting.
• Your skills and experience
• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project design coordination, multidisciplinary collaboration, and delivery processes.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Aconex, or BIM 360 is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
• A genuine interest in sustainable design and making a positive impact through engineering.
