• Your impact
• Supporting the design and delivery of engineering projects (Design & Engineering, Project Management Consultant-PMC, Construction Supervision-CS) alongside experienced professionals.
• Assisting in preparing technical drawings, reports, and calculations.
• Collaborating with engineers from different disciplines to develop practical, sustainable solutions.
• Taking part in site activities, field inspections, design reviews, and team meetings to gain real project experience.
• Growing your personal and soft skills, technical skills, and career through mentorship and structured development opportunities.
• Assistin the planning and design of civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, buildings, roads, and bridges, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and review technical drawings,reportsand project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform material testing and analysis to ensure the quality and sustainability of materials used in construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any technical issues that arise.
• Promote sustainable practices and innovative solutions in civil engineering projects to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

• Qualifications Be working towards a relevant degree or master's level qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Academic Excellence Proven history of outstanding academic performance.
• Drive and Determination Exhibit unwavering determination and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Teamwork and Communication Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate in diverse environments.
• Fresh graduates from 2024 onwards are encouraged to apply.
