Graduate Assistant Cheer Coach

• Coordinate, choregraph and lead practice times, while managing practice schedule in alignment with facilities.
• Coordinate appearances and performances at other sporting events.
• Equipment management.
• Support overall spirit enrichment in collaboration of the mascot and Cheer Graduate Assistant.
• Game and practice video.
• Manage paperwork and budgets associated with the program
• Manage community service, team events and social media.
• Manage administrative tasks in regard to the team, and team budget.
• Follow the mission of the university.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent oral and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other computer skills.
• Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
• Ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
• Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the university, conference, and the NCAA .
