Role overview

Responsibilities

• Investigate application incidents and resolve user issues.
• Support system enhancements and continuous improvement of the application landscape.
• Help design, develop, and maintain integrations between business systems and digital platforms.
• Assist with APIs, Power Platform, automation tools, and data exchange processes.
• Troubleshoot application integration and workflow automation issues.

Essential qualifications and attributes

• Be a recent graduate who graduated within the last two years.
• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Bring analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical users and demonstrate a customer-focused approach.
• Have organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Be curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Understand fundamental IT concepts such as databases, applications, networking, and cloud technologies.

Beneficial technical knowledge

• Academic or personal experience in one or more listed areas is beneficial, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, SQL, software testing, programming or scripting, APIs, integrations, data analysis, reporting, and Agile methods.
• Power Platform examples include Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Agile methods listed include Scrum and Kanban.
