Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Grader Operator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Grader Operator will be responsible for operating motor graders to grade and level road surfaces, clearing debris, and ensuring proper slopes and elevations.
The role will also include performing routine inspections and maintenance of the grader, adhering to safety protocols at all times, and coordinating with the site team to achieve project goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year old license needed.
- Proficiency in operating grader machine
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures and basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Familiarity with safety guidelines and regulations for construction and roadwork
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the site crew
- Attention to detail and precision in grading work
- A valid operator’s license or relevant certifications
- Prior experience in road construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage
