· Valid UAE Heavy Equipment Operator License (where applicable).
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating motor graders in the UAE or GCC construction industry.
· Experience in road construction, infrastructure, earthworks, and site development projects.
· Ability to read and understand grading plans, levels, and construction drawings.
· Knowledge of machine controls, grading techniques, and equipment maintenance.
· Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
· Strong understanding of construction site safety procedures.
· Operate motor graders safely and efficiently to perform grading, leveling, and finishing work.
· Grade roads, highways, access routes, building pads, and other construction surfaces according to project requirements.
· Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and survey markings.
