We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) Dentist to join our dental team.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care, diagnose and treat oral health conditions, and deliver exceptional patient experiences while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and oral tissues.
- Perform routine dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canal treatments, crowns, bridges, and preventive care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Interpret dental radiographs (X-rays) and diagnostic tests.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with dental specialists and other healthcare professionals when referrals are required.
- Monitor patient recovery and provide follow-up care as needed.
- Stay updated with advances in dentistry and participate in continuing professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or equivalent dental degree.
- Valid dental license/registration to practice.
- Minimum of **2–5 years of clinical experience** as a General Dentist (preferred).
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
- Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and basic endodontic procedures.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and ethics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital dentistry and dental management software.
- Knowledge of cosmetic dental procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle emergency dental cases.
