Role Description
This is a full/part-time
Government Sales Manager
role with a hybrid work model, combining on-site client engagement with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Government Sales Manager will identify and qualify government sector opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promote

’s cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and digital transformation solutions.
Daily responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, preparing proposals and bids, coordinating responses to RFPs and tenders, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with government requirements.
The role also involves developing account plans, forecasting sales, tracking pipeline activities in CRM tools, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention within government accounts.
The manager will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates in the public sector to inform sales strategies and business planning.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and Sales Processes experience, including managing end-to-end government sales cycles and achieving defined targets.
- Strong knowledge about

- Proven Account Management skills with a focus on Customer Satisfaction and building long-term relationships in the public sector.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes, RFPs, and tendering procedures in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities in a part-time hybrid environment, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
