Creative Hub Public Relations Management is a leading UAE-based agency specializing in public relations, media production, content creation, social media management, corporate communications, event coverage, and creative campaigns for government and private sector clients.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly connected and results-driven Government Sales Consultant to identify, secure, and manage new business opportunities with government and semi-government entities across the UAE.
This is a commission-based opportunity designed for professionals with an established network, proven sales achievements, and the ability to independently generate and close high-value contracts.
Compensation
- Commission-based only.
- No fixed salary.
- No attendance requirements.
- No fixed working hours.
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new government and semi-government business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and pursue tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities.
- Present Creative Hub’s services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations and support contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and commercial offers.
- Achieve agreed annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in government sales, business development, or account management within the UAE.
- Strong network of government and semi-government contacts.
- Solid understanding of tendering and procurement procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Minimum Performance Requirement
Applicants must demonstrate a proven track record of generating or securing government and/or semi-government contracts with a minimum annual sales value of **AED 2,000,000**.
