About The Company
Zararah General Transport is a leading transport and logistics company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
As our operations grow, we are expanding our administrative team and looking for a highly experienced Government Relations Typist to manage all official transactions and government-related processes on behalf of the company and its workforce.
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Government Relations Typist with hands-on knowledge of all UAE government portals and digital systems.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling all company, employee, and labor-related official transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Process all work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations through the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE) portal
- Handle residency visa applications, renewals, status changes, and cancellations via ICA (Federal Authority for Identity & Citizenship) systems
- Submit and follow up on all transactions through the Tasheel service center system
- Process applications through the Amer system for visa and immigration-related services
- Manage all traffic-related transactions including vehicle registration, renewal, and fine clearance via the Abu Dhabi Police / TAMM / Darb portals
- Handle company license renewals and commercial registration updates through Department of Economic Development (DED/ADDED) portals
- Process medical fitness appointments, Emirates ID applications and renewals through relevant government channels
- Coordinate with the TAMM platform for Abu Dhabi government services including municipality and transport-related transactions
- Track, organize, and maintain all document expiry dates to ensure zero lapse in any company or employee documentation
- Follow up on pending transactions and liaise with relevant government departments when required
- Prepare and type official correspondence, letters, and forms in both Arabic and English
- Maintain a well-organized digital and physical filing system for all official documents

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Government Relations Typist or PRO (Public Relations Officer) in the UAE
- Strong working knowledge of all UAE government online portals (Tasheel, Amer, TAMM, MOHRE, ICA, DED/ADDED, and traffic systems)
- Experience processing work permits, residency visas, Emirates ID, and company license renewals
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi–specific government services and procedures
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (typing and communication)
- Strong computer and data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills — ability to manage multiple active transactions simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
