Join Asian Falcons Engineering as a Government Relations Officer (PRO) in the UAE.
The role supports construction and MEP contracting operations and requires two to four years of UAE experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle government transactions related to employees and the company.
- Process work permits, employment contracts, visas, residency, Emirates ID, medical fitness, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle company licenses, establishment documents, permits, and government approvals.
- Monitor document expiry dates and ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate with government authorities and resolve pending or rejected applications.
- Maintain accurate records of government transactions and employee documentation.
Required Portal Experience
- Hands-on experience with MOHRE, Tasheel, ICP, GDRFA, Amer, UAE Pass, Emirates ID, DubaiNow, Dubai Municipality, DET, and FTA.
Requirements
- Two to four years of UAE experience in Government Relations or PRO work.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government procedures.
- Ability to independently handle government portals and transactions.
- Good Arabic and English communication skills.
- A UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Construction or MEP experience is preferred.
Compensation
- The listed compensation is AED 2,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person.
