Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Government Relations Manager to lead our public relations and corporate compliance efforts in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all interactions with Saudi government authorities, ensuring smooth operations across customs, traffic department (Muroor), and labor compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Government Liaison: Act as the primary representative for Mannai Trading with various Saudi ministries and government entities.
- Labor & Compliance: Actively manage and monitor the company’s Nitaqat status, ensuring full compliance with Saudi nationalization laws and Muqeem/Qiwa portals.
- Customs Clearance: Oversee and expedite customs clearance procedures for imported goods, managing all documentation and resolving any supply chain bottlenecks at ports of entry.
- Standards & Certifications: Coordinate with SASO (Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization) to ensure all products meet required specifications and obtain necessary clearance certificates.
- Traffic Department (Muroor): Handle all company vehicle registrations, renewals, transfers, and corporate traffic violations or clearance with Muroor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Government Relations Manager similar role in Saudi Arabia.
- Deep operational knowledge of Nitaqat, SASO, Customs Clearance, and Muroor regulations and portals.
- Good English Communication skills
