Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Build trusted cross-functional relationships to assess needs and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor organizational dynamics and partner with Centers of Excellence on people and culture solutions.
• Guide organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and career development.
• Coach managers on performance management, leadership development, employee relations, and change management.
• Analyze trends and metrics to shape policies, improve processes, and deliver tailored HR programs.
• Apply employment-law knowledge and escalate issues appropriately to support compliance and minimize risk.
• Identify capability gaps, support training design, and coach leaders to develop high-potential talent.
