To lead the development and continuous enhancement of enterprise-wide governance frameworks, ensuring consistent, transparent, and accountable decision-making across the organization.

The role drives the implementation of effective governance structures, controls, and practices that support regulatory compliance, strengthen organizational maturity, and enable informed strategic execution.
