Governance, controls and quality

• Maintain the GFS SOX control framework and set standards for control documentation, evidence, and cross-process consistency.
• Lead RTR CSA and coordinate GFS CSA activity, ensuring consistent methods, evidence standards, and follow-through on findings.
• Coordinate audit testing, review outcomes, drive remediation, and consolidate GFS-wide audit reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and error trends; report service quality and process health to Finance and GFS leadership.
• Lead vendor and customer master data governance and data-quality standards.
• Identify and escalate operational, financial, and compliance risks and ensure lessons are embedded into process design.
• Gate new processes, system implementations, and scope migrations, ensuring control readiness before go-live.
• Use CSA results, audit outcomes, and service-quality data to identify risks and improvements, and track remediation to closure.

Leadership

• Lead and develop the master data and performance insight team.
• Manage the GFS intern programme in partnership with a local university.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accountancy qualification is required.
• Significant SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit management experience in a global SSC or GBS environment, including significant RTR exposure.
• Experience leading control frameworks, designing and operating CSA programmes, and coordinating audits across a multi-process shared-services environment.
• Experience governing finance master data, including vendor and customer data, is advantageous.

Technical and operational expertise

• Strong knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and GFS process environments: RTR, PTP, OTC, and Payroll.
• Master data governance, KPI reporting, and performance management expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to resolve complex governance, audit, and quality issues; challenge remediation plans and assess control readiness for change.
• Build trusted relationships with Finance leadership, Global Process Owners, and auditors; clearly communicate risks, audit outcomes, and control standards.
• Independent judgement and a collaborative leadership approach focused on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
