The Role
We’re seeking a
Technical Sales Director
to own enterprise growth across KSA/GCC.
You’ll be equally comfortable in the boardroom and the architecture review—shaping deals, leading solution narratives, creating RFP responses, drafting (PP, submission documents) and leading pitches, and co-selling with Google to close complex, multi-tower programmes (landing zones, GCVE/VMware,

- modernisation, OCI→GCP, DR/HA, security & compliance, managed services).

- What you’ll do
- **Own new business & expansion:**
- Build and close a qualified pipeline across BFSI, public sector and critical infrastructure; drive multi-year MSAs and managed services.
- **Leverage your KSA network:**
- Activate relationships with CIO/CTO/CISO/Chief Digital/Heads of Infrastructure to open doors, broker exec meetings, and accelerate pursuits.
- **Lead solutioned selling:**
- Translate regulatory and technical requirements (SAMA, NCA-ECC, PDPL) into compelling proposals, SoWs, and exec narratives.
- **Co-sell with Google:**
- Orchestrate joint account plans, field events, and marketplace motions; convert partner-sourced leads into revenue.
- **Run complex pursuits:**
- Lead RFP/RFI processes, value engineering, pricing & commercials, and win themes; negotiate to signature.
- **Make value obvious:**
- Shape demos/POVs around our accelerators and reference architectures; quantify time-to-value, risk reduction, and TCO.
- **Forecast with precision:**
- Maintain CRM hygiene, build 3× pipeline coverage, and deliver accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts.
- **Codify playbooks:**
- Capture repeatable patterns, case studies, references; help hire, coach, and scale a small sales/SE pod as we grow.
- Help C9 team build Google cloud packages using BlueSprints framework.
- Work closely with Google pre-sales and technical sales team for prospects.
- What you’ve done (must-haves)
- 8–12+ years in enterprise
- cloud/consulting sales
- or
- technical account leadership
- , selling complex services (not just licences).
- Proven wins in
- regulated
- industries (preferably banking/fintech/telecoms/health or public sector) in
Ksa/Gcc
- .
- **Deep KSA network**
- with demonstrable executive relationships that convert to meetings and revenue.
- Strong technical fluency: landing zones, network & security, GCE, K8s, GCVE/VMware, data &
Dr/Ha

RFP/SoW
- leadership and negotiation of multi-million SAR contracts.
- Track record of

- (ideally Google Cloud; AWS/Azure a plus).
- Excellent executive presence, storytelling, and commercial acumen.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems (or equivalent experience).
- Outstanding presentation skills

- certifications (Cloud Digital Leader, PCA, Networking/Security) or equivalent AWS/Azure.
- Arabic fluency (strong preference) and existing CXO network in KSA BFSI/public sector.
- Background in pre-sales/solutions architecture or program delivery.

- Close first multi-tower deal; land 1 managed-services attach; consistent forecast cadence.
