As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for talented performance marketers to support large-scale paid search and digital acquisition campaigns across multiple markets.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Google Ads Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google's advertising ecosystem, including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with campaign optimization, keyword strategy, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and performance-focused scaling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
Scale campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS and acquisition efficiency.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), including CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates, and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor assessments.
Implement and optimize conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and enhanced conversions.
Develop remarketing and customer acquisition strategies to improve campaign performance.
Perform A/B testing across ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Prepare detailed performance reports and strategic insights for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Strong experience managing campaigns in Google Ads.
Proven success in scaling performance-driven advertising campaigns.
Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Experience with Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, bidding models, audience targeting, and attribution.
Experience with lead generation, ecommerce, or customer acquisition campaigns.
Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing monthly advertising budgets ranging from $75,000 to $200,000+.
Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
Experience working with agency clients or international brands.
Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation platforms.
Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Position Type: Remote Contract
Contract Duration: 6 Months (extendable based on performance)
Monthly Compensation: USD $4,500 – $8,000
Performance Bonus: Available based on campaign growth and KPI achievement
Ideal Candidate
Strong paid search and performance marketing background.
Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on testing and optimization.
Experience working with international brands or agency clients is highly preferred.
Additional Information
Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Europe or working within European time zones.
We are primarily seeking candidates aligned with EU business hours and market operations.
