Role Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound deliveries and goods receipt processes.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, product specifications and delivery documentation.
• Maintain stock accuracy, batch traceability and non-conformance controls.
• Complete intake quality checks, temperature verification and documentation reviews.
• Lead the Goods Intake team, plan labour and manage departmental performance.
• Support audits and collaborate with Procurement, Planning, Production, Technical, Warehouse and Stock Control teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• Computer literacy is required.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, driven, proactive and committed.
• Candidates must act professionally and respectfully and maintain high personal standards.
• Candidates must be willing to adopt new methods and changes.
• The role requires the ability to lift products up to 25kg.

Working Hours and Location

• Core hours are 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm.
• The role includes an expectation to work a night shift twice a month.
• The role is site based.
