We are inviting applications for a season-long internship designed for aspiring golf professionals or club management graduates seeking first-class, hands-on experience within an elite club environment.
The Opportunity
This immersive role offers hands-on exposure to the daily operations of one of the region’s leading clubs, with direct involvement in tournament administration, member services, and golf operations.
Interns will work closely with the Golf Operations team and gain valuable insight into the standards and practices expected within a 5-star resort environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of tournaments using Golf Genius, including draw creation, scoring, handicapping, and member communications
- Preparation of pre- and post-event press releases as required
- Monitoring and supporting service standards across golf operations and member areas
- Assisting with Outside Services Operations when required
- Supporting additional departmental duties as directed by the Director of Golf or Golf Services Manager
About You
- Recent PGA or Golf Management graduate preferred
- Applicants currently in training or with experience at high-end member clubs are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong administrative capability, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Professional, confident, and personable with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passionate about golf with strong industry awareness
- Comfortable working within a diverse, multicultural team
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to communicate effectively in public-facing situations
