- The opportunity
- Thanks to the ongoing growth of the business, we are looking for a Golf Sales Representative - The Middle East Region.
- The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Your key responsibilities
- Identify, target, and prospect potential customers, including golf clubs, driving ranges, resorts, sports facilities, and private individuals.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of Foresight Sport's golf technology solutions and their unique selling points.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our products to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to position Foresight Sport as a market leader.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our technology.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each customer.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, including golf professionals, facility managers, and decision-makers.
- Provide excellent customer support, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the company's CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience working within the golf industry.
- Knowledge and experience of, and a passion for, custom fitting/analysis, launch monitor technologies, golf simulators.
- Ability to show previous sales success, performance vs targets, and major achievements.
- Strong training or practical experience in, and knowledge of, sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm/passion.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a growing sales team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage your time effectively.
- High level of personal integrity and work ethic.
- A passion for sales roles, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, making calls, relationship development and management, and remote selling.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Ability to undertake pricing calculations using basic mathematics.
- Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibitions.
- Experience with customer relationship management software.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications and systems.
