Golf- Restaurant Hostess

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor upon arrival at the golf restaurant.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the golf and restaurant teams to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
• Provide guests with menus, explain specials, and assist with any inquiries regarding food and beverage options.
• Maintain an organized and tidy hostess station and dining area to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including preparing the dining area and updating reservation logs.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.
• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests warmly.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage reservations and guest flow effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and courteous attitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury service standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of dining etiquette and beverage offerings is preferred.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
