Overview

• The Golf Operations Attendant at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience to golf members and guests.
• This position is responsible for managing daily golf operations, ensuring smooth tee time scheduling, assisting players on the course, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• The Operations Attendant serves as a key point of contact for golfers, helping to create an enjoyable, efficient, and professional atmosphere throughout the golf facility.
• Responsibilities* Coordinate tee times and manage daily golf operations to optimize flow and reduce wait times.
• Welcome and assist golfers, providing information on course rules, etiquette, and services.
• Prepare and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
• Assist with scorekeeping, registration, and event coordination as needed.
• Monitor the golf course for any safety concerns or rule violations and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Support merchandising efforts including restocking of pro shop items and assisting members with purchases.

Requirements** **Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in golf operations, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and equipment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as golf operations require.
• Proficiency with computer systems related to booking and point-of-sale is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and perform light physical activities such as pushing/pulling golf carts.
