- As we continue to grow, we’re looking for energetic and engaging coaches to join our team.
- This role is ideal for someone who:
- Enjoys working with golfers across different skill levels
- Brings positive energy and strong communication skills
- Has coaching experience, with relevant certification (PGA is preferable, not a must)
- Is excited about working in a modern indoor golf environment
- Is already based in Dubai or who can easily move to Dubai
- You’ll be delivering private and group lessons, supporting player development, and contributing to a vibrant community experience.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Golf Coach based in Dubai.
The Golf Coach will be responsible for delivering professional golf instruction, providing coaching sessions tailored to individual skill levels, and overseeing golf-related activities.
Additional responsibilities include managing golf programs, maintaining simulator equipment, ensuring a high-quality experience for users, and fostering a passion for golf among clients.
The coach will also collaborate with the team to develop marketing content and enhance customer satisfaction and uphold SiMania's commitment to excellence in sports entertainment.
