Opportunity overview

Weil Group is identifying specialists for potential assignments within a proposed pharmaceutical manufacturing quality-system assessment.

The opportunity depends on confirmed specialist scope, project award, and client confirmation.

The analyst supports reproducible cross-system checks and quantity or identity reconciliations using approved data under senior technical supervision.

What you will do

  • Prepare approved data extracts for documented comparisons and reconciliations.
  • Track source files, versions, transformations, matching keys, and exceptions.
  • Provide reproducible analytical outputs for interpretation by GMP data-integrity and systems specialists.

Mandatory requirements

  • Verifiable experience cleaning, joining, and reconciling structured data with traceable source and transformation records.
  • Reproduce analytical results and document matching logic, assumptions, and exceptions.
  • Handle confidential data and work under designated senior technical reviewers.
  • Professional English for technical records, deliverables, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Availability for assigned on-site work in Manatí, Puerto Rico, with approved remote work where appropriate.
  • Meet confidentiality, site, and information-handling requirements and disclose potential conflicts affecting independent assessment.

Necessary qualifications

  • Typically 3 or more years of directly relevant professional experience, or a demonstrably equivalent track record.
  • Practical spreadsheet and database-query or equivalent analytical skills for quantities, units, identifiers, and statuses.
  • Understanding of controlled records, versioning, and relevant GMP data-handling expectations.
  • Relevant analytical, information-systems, engineering, or scientific education, or equivalent practical experience.

Desired qualifications

  • Prior pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated-data experience is desired.
  • Relevant SQL, Python, R, or controlled Power Query expertise is desired.
  • Experience reconciling ERP, MES, or laboratory data and working Spanish are desired.

Application and assignment terms

  • Assignment scope, duration, and terms will be confirmed with selected consultants.
  • Applicants are asked to provide project examples, location, availability for Manatí work, and a proposed hourly or daily consulting rate.
