Responsibilities

  • · Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination.
  • · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing activities as part of projects assigned.
  • · Participate in team activities by attending team meetings, learning about project methodologies, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • · Identify and suggest implementation of specific changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction.
  • · Develop an understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs.
  • · Fulfill tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
  • · Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects/initiatives.
  • Role-Specific Scope & Responsibilities
  • · Support digital marketing and paid media initiatives, including research, campaign analysis, and performance reporting.
  • · Assist with marketing automation activities and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and scale.
  • · Contribute to AI use-case exploration, experimentation, and adoption activities across GMC.
  • · Support MarTech and platform operations through documentation, analysis, testing, and process improvement.
  • · Analyze data and translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready summaries.
  • · Partner across GMC teams to support initiatives that improve digital marketing effectiveness and measurement.
  • Education & Experience
  • · Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related non-technical field.
  • · No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus.
  • · Preferred academic backgrounds for this role: Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge & Skills
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • · Time management skills and working within defined timelines.
  • · A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and overall sense of urgency.
  • · Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • · Interest in digital marketing, AI, automation, data, or marketing technology.
  • · Ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly.
  • · Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • · Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with analytics or visualization tools is a plus.
  • · Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to the assigned work.
