Job Overall Summary

Main Responsibilities

• - Participate in setting the objectives, policies, initiatives and operational plans of the General Management; identify the key objectives, target values, their indicators and mechanisms of measurement; and review and present the work and achievement reports to Senior Management. - Determine the General Management’s needs in terms of competencies and talents; give recommendations with respect to the human resources’ decisions such as rewards, appointments, promotions and the staff transfer in the organizational subordinate units. - Coordinate the work of the organizational subordinate units; monitor and follow up the performance of their employees, evaluate their performance, identify their training needs; recommend the necessary training courses; and participate in monitoring the success and effectiveness of these courses. - Build and maintain effective relationships with the external business partners; coordinate projects and joint efforts; ensure the availability of effective internal communication channels that achieve a high level of integration among all the organizational subordinate units. - Ensure the availability of all the modern techniques and means to enable the organizational subordinate units to apply the principles and methods of work as required.
