About This Role
Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced GCC market-facing leader with strong relationships across consultants, asset owners, EPC contractors, developers, and project stakeholders to drive specification-led business development and market expansion across the GCC region.
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in construction materials, infrastructure products, or engineered solutions and the ability to build strategic market presence from the ground up.
To establish and scale the company’s GCC presence by creating specification-led demand, building strategic relationships, driving technical approvals, and converting opportunities into sustainable commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute GCC go-to-market strategies for construction and infrastructure products.
· Identify priority sectors, strategic accounts, and major project opportunities across GCC markets.
· Build strong relationships with consultants, project influencers, government and semi-government entities.
· Drive product inclusion in project specifications, approvals, and technical registrations.
· Conduct technical and commercial presentations for consultants, EPC contractors, developers, and asset owners.
· Develop and manage strategic key accounts and long-term customer relationships.
· Track project pipelines and influence opportunities during early project lifecycle stages.
· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver project-specific technical and commercial solutions.
· Participate in technical-commercial negotiations and support proposal, quotation, and contract execution.
· Represent the organization at industry events, networking forums, and technical seminars.
· Maintain CRM updates, market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pipeline management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
· MBA will be an added advantage.
· Strong technical understanding of infrastructure and engineered product applications.
· Experience with CRM and pipeline management systems.
· Min 10+ years of GCC experience in construction materials, infrastructure products, or technical project sales.
· Strong exposure to consultant-led and project-based selling environments.
· Established GCC network across consultants, EPC contractors, developers, and project stakeholders.
· Strong understanding of project lifecycle: design, specification, approval, and execution.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale market presence independently.
· Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong communication, presentation, and commercial acumen.
