About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Global Tourist Visa Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with international visa processes, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients fulfill their travel dreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through tourist visa requirements and eligibility for multiple destinations worldwide Schengen, UK, US, AUSTRALIA, CANADA ETC.
• Keep up-to-date with embassy regulations, immigration laws, and travel policy changes.
• Coordinate urgent visa appointments, priority processing, and special travel requests.
• Liaise with embassies, consulates, and travel partners to ensure smooth and timely visa approvals.
• Provide travel-related support including insurance, itinerary planning, and pre-departure guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to visa issuance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Visa Consultant, Travel Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of global tourist visa procedures and embassy requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using online visa portals and appointment systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage urgent requests.
• Multilingual skills (preferred but not mandatory).
