Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Solutions Architect to work on a contractor basis.

This role involves applying domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required, as domain knowledge is the primary focus.

This opportunity is significant in the AI industry, as it enables experts to contribute directly to how AI systems learn and perform across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions on AWS, collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
  • Design and maintain infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools, ensuring solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including reliability, security, and performance.
  • Mentor stakeholders on cloud architecture best practices and emerging trends, document architecture decisions, and communicate complex concepts with clarity to diverse audiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve architectural and deployment issues, ensuring the development of reliable AI models and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable microservices-based solutions on AWS, with experience in collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and product teams.
  • Proficiency in designing and maintaining infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools, with a focus on ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture best practices and emerging trends, with the ability to mentor stakeholders and communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving architectural and deployment issues, with a focus on ensuring the development of reliable AI models and systems.
  • Strong domain expertise in a relevant field, such as finance, healthcare, or engineering, with the ability to apply this knowledge to train next-generation AI systems.
