Global Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing - Renewable Energy Category Performance

Role overview

Experience and education

• Ideally have at least 8 years of renewable energy market research, analytics, and financial modelling experience.
• Have experience working in a large, decentralized company and global experience in energy markets.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree is strongly preferred.
• International renewable energy experience is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global program performance for renewable energy sourcing work.
• Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards covering spend analytics, asset performance, trends, and location.
• Build market assessments to inform sourcing strategy and global go-to-market approaches.
• Manage supplier relationship activities, including mapping, financial health, network coverage, and NDAs.
• Share regular global updates on renewable energy market trends.
• Model project and deal economics, assess financial risks, and incorporate assumptions and external data into ad hoc analysis.
• Source and maintain energy price forecasts and related fundamentals for internal decision-making.
