We are seeking an experienced Global Real Estate Investment Advisor to support a prestigious Private Investment Office in evaluating, acquiring, and managing real estate investments worldwide.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in international real estate markets, investment analysis, portfolio strategy, and relationship management within the luxury and institutional real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise senior stakeholders on global real estate investment opportunities and portfolio strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, and alternative asset classes.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, valuation assessments, and due diligence.
- Source off-market and exclusive investment opportunities globally.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, family offices, investment firms, and institutional stakeholders.
- Monitor international real estate trends, regulatory developments, and emerging investment markets.
- Coordinate with legal, financial, tax, and external advisory teams during transactions.
- Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior decision-makers.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in real estate investment, advisory, brokerage, asset management, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in high-value international real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of global real estate markets and investment structures.
- Established network within the international real estate and investment community.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE.
