Key Responsibilitie
- sDevelop local procurement strategy & annual plan; drive localization (Local Content) to reduce cost & ensure compliance; align with global/China HQ strategy
- .Manage marketing & event procurement (materials, exhibitions, launches); control marketing budget & ROI
- .Handle after-sales parts & service supplies procurement; build local supply chain to improve delivery & reduce inventory
- .Source & localize factory components; manage supplier qualification & supply chain with production/quality teams
- .End-to-end supplier management (development, evaluation, relationship, optimization & cost down)
- .Execute procurement (RFQ, negotiation, contracting); establish price benchmark & control costs
- .Monitor market intelligence (pricing, supply, policy) to support decision-making
