Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Up to three years of professional experience in product management, portfolio management, marketing, commercial operations, project coordination, or a related field.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze data or information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and assignments.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with teams across multiple functions, regions, and time zones.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting product, portfolio, marketing, commercial, or project-based initiatives.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or business performance metrics.
- Experience supporting product lifecycle activities, product launches, pricing initiatives, or commercialization projects.
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, or customer insight analysis.
- Experience within food safety, food science, microbiology, diagnostics, laboratory testing, or a related industry.
- Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams.
- Familiarity with portfolio management, product management, commercial strategy, or product lifecycle management concepts.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate relevant findings clearly.
- Ability to prepare organized reports, presentations, and business materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively across Marketing, Sales, Technical Services, Portfolio Management, and other functions.
- Ability to follow projects and deliverables through completion.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to learning and problem solving.
- Interest in developing expertise in portfolio management, commercial strategy, and product lifecycle management.
- Location and Working Style
- This position is remote and requires regular collaboration with global teams across multiple functions, regions, and time zones. Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required to support portfolio projects, regional meetings, customer events, product launches, and other business initiatives.
