Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Nursing Specialist to work on a contractor basis.

This role involves applying clinical knowledge to annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI training purposes, shaping how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform.

As a Nursing Specialist, you will contribute to the development of frontier AI models by providing high-quality, real-world input.

This opportunity allows you to leverage your domain expertise to drive the improvement of AI systems across the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize clinical knowledge to annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI training purposes.
  • Collaborate with engineers and fellow experts to ensure high data quality and relevance for model development.
  • Provide in-depth feedback on AI-generated outputs, identifying gaps in patient care representation and accuracy.
  • Translate complex medical information into clear, accessible language for AI processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of current nursing practices, health policies, and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the creation of realistic patient scenarios and care pathways for model training datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of clinical nursing practices, health policies, and industry standards.

  • Experience in annotating, reviewing, and validating healthcare data for AI training purposes.
