Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $85,000 – $135,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Global Mobility Manager to design and run our employee mobility program. The role combines deep immigration and tax expertise with empathetic employee support — making international moves feel routine, not chaotic.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and operate the global mobility program, including policies and processes
- Manage employee relocations, work permits, and visa applications
- Partner with immigration counsel, tax advisors, and relocation vendors
- Advise managers and employees on cross-border employment, tax, and benefits
- Maintain compliance with immigration, tax, and employment law across jurisdictions
- Track mobility data and report on program metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in global mobility, immigration, or international HR
- Strong working knowledge of US and global immigration processes
- Familiarity with international tax, payroll, and social security implications
- Experience managing immigration counsel and relocation vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- GMS, GPHR, or similar certification is a plus
