Global Mobility Analyst
Role Overview
The Global Mobility Analyst ensures the organization can attract and retain world-class talent and bring the Yum culture to life through program management and administration of the US domestic relocation and global mobility programs in partnership with the Yum Global Mobility Leader.
This role supports as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all things mobility for Yum!, its Brands, and international business units, and collaborates closely with a host of internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to ensure smooth delivery of mobility support.
The Global Mobility Analyst not only provides critical support for our assignees to improve the overall employee experience, but also modernizes our programs and policies by providing insights that enhance mobility strategies and processes.
You will be required to attend the Louisville, KY office three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

About The Job
The Global Mobility Analyst ensures the organization can attract and retain world-class talent and bring the Yum culture to life through program management and administration of the US domestic relocation and global mobility programs in partnership with the Yum Global Mobility Leader.

Range
$80,300 - $94,300 + bonus eligibility.
This is the expected salary range for this position.
Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
