• As the **Global On Demand Solutions Drilling Completions Fluids (DCF) Sales Leader**, you will be responsible for expanding On Demand Solution (ODS) Sales, partnerships and customer base globally .
• This is a customer facing role that includes direct sales, alternative business models, channels and other On Demand Solution revenue streams.
• Person will act as primary link between external customers and internal product line, processes and business requirements.

• As the Global DCF ODS Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
• Selling to or through On Demand Solutions (ODS) accounts, partners and distributors. May include channel sales support and channel development duties.
• Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
• Manage complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logistical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
• Handles important business unit clients
• Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
• Department is involved in medium-large sales.
• Handles big or challenging markets or multi country
• To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Drilling & Completions Fluids products and services
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
