This is a full-time leadership role for a Global Creative Director, responsible for shaping the creative vision and strategic direction across a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands.
The role partners closely with founders, portfolio leaders, and cross-functional teams to build distinctive brand identities, unlock creative growth opportunities, and drive measurable commercial outcomes.
The Global Creative Director will serve as the creative authority across the portfolio, translating consumer insights, behavioural data, and market trends into breakthrough creative strategies.
This role goes beyond execution, focusing on elevating creative thinking, improving team capability, building scalable creative systems, and ensuring every brand develops a clear and differentiated voice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, Brand Strategy, or a related leadership role, with a strong track record of driving commercial growth through creative excellence.
- Deep understanding of DTC, eCommerce, performance marketing, and consumer psychology.
- Expertise in developing creative strategies across paid social, organic content, UGC, email marketing, landing pages, and full-funnel customer journeys.
- Strong experience building and scaling brands, creating differentiated positioning, and establishing compelling brand voices.
- Ability to translate performance data, customer insights, and market trends into actionable creative hypotheses and strategies.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary creative teams while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering directly with founders, executives, and business leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable creative systems, frameworks, playbooks, and processes that improve creative quality and team effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing creative strategy across multiple brands, business units, or clients is highly preferred.
- Experience working in high-growth startups, agencies, portfolio businesses, or DTC environments is strongly preferred.
