Qualifications

  • The Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience working on global and regional employee benefits programs and related consulting services to multinational organizations, gained in a consulting or brokerage environment.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including leading, developing and managing teams of consultants across multiple levels and geographies.
  • Proven track record of selling complex engagements, meeting or exceeding revenue and market penetration goals, and growing and retaining large client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility with business leaders, sales professionals and global stakeholders and to navigate a complex, matrixed professional-services organization.
  • Executive presence and polished written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, engage clients and represent the practice at a North America and global level.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, connect the capabilities of related practices and translate broad business priorities into practical action.
  • Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to synthesize data, develop insights and communicate a compelling executive narrative.
  • Flexibility, proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues, and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Strong command of data, analytics, digital tools and executive-level storytelling, including advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to travel as needed, approximately 20%.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional designation preferred.
  • Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
  • Compensation
  • The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $250,000-$300,000 USD per year.
  • This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
