Job Summary
Asian Mold Craft International Decor is looking for an experienced and responsible Glass & Aluminum Fabrication Site Supervisor to manage site operations, oversee installation works, and ensure projects are completed on time with high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for glass and aluminum installation works
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and factory production teams
- Ensure proper installation of glass (tempered, laminated, DGU) and aluminum systems
- Monitor workforce productivity and allocate manpower efficiently
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and BOQs
- Ensure all works are completed as per project specifications and timelines
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Handle client/site engineer communications and updates
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE/GCC experience in glass & aluminum fabrication/installation
- Strong knowledge of curtain walls, partitions, doors, windows, and façade systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and manage site execution independently
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of site safety procedures
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Nationality: Asian (Preferred as per company requirement)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4000 (based on experience)
- Accommodation & transportation (as per company policy)
- Visa and medical insurance provided

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
