About This Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a Saudi GIS & AI-Driven Technical Manager who will serve as a critical bridge between clients, sales teams, and technical delivery units at SARsatX.

This role combines

client-facing technical leadership

,

geospatial and AI solution architecture

, and

strategic advisory responsibilities

to design and deliver cutting-edge satellite intelligence solutions.

The successful candidate will leverage SARsatX’s

SAR and EO satellite data

, advanced

GIS platforms

, and

AI-driven analytics

to translate customer challenges into impactful, scalable solutions across multiple sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. **Client Engagement & Discovery**

  • Partner closely with account managers to understand customer objectives, operational challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Act as a trusted
  • technical and strategic advisor
  • , shaping customer-specific solution architectures using SARsatX’s satellite, GIS, and AI capabilities.
  • Lead and facilitate discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to align business needs with geospatial and AI-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in
  • satellite remote sensing, GIS, and AI
  • , reinforcing SARsatX’s position as a market innovator.
  • Develop solution briefs, pitch decks, use-case documentation, and competitive analysis materials to support sales and business development efforts.

2.Solution Design & Architecture

  • Lead customer-facing technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, and architecture reviews.
  • Design end-to-end solution architectures integrating:
  • SAR and EO satellite data products
  • GIS platforms and spatial databases
  • AI/ML models and analytics pipelines
  • Cloud infrastructure and data services
  • Integrate satellite analytics, geospatial workflows, and AI insights into scalable, customer-centric solutions.
  • Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate technical feasibility, operational impact, and business value.

3.Technical Demonstration & Use-Case Delivery

  • Deliver compelling live demos and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highlight sector-specific applications, including:
  • Environmental monitoring
  • Defense & security
  • Infrastructure and construction
  • Energy and utilities
  • Agriculture and food security
  • Smart cities and public safety
  • Showcase SARsatX’s geospatial intelligence and AI capabilities through real-world, data-driven scenarios.

4.Proposal and RFP Development

  • Lead the technical components of RFI/RFP responses, including:
  • Solution architecture descriptions
  • Compliance and requirement matrices
  • Integration and deployment strategies
  • Support pricing and commercial teams by defining solution scope, technical effort, and required technologies.
  • Clearly articulate SARsatX’s value proposition, differentiators, and competitive advantages in proposal documents.

5.MArket Awareness & Thought Leadership

  • Stay current with advancements in:
  • SAR and EO satellite technologies
  • Geospatial analytics and GIS platforms
  • AI/ML methods applied to spatial data
  • Track competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and new solution development.
  • Contribute to SARsatX’s thought leadership through whitepapers, technical insights, case studies, and participation in industry events and conferences.

Technical Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with GIS platforms such as

ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth Engine

  • , or equivalent.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks including
  • TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
  • .
  • Practical experience in
  • remote sensing
  • ,
  • SAR/EO data processing

  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams.

Domain Knowledge

  • Solid foundation in
