About the role

Minimum requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in HVAC or a related field, with a focus on major projects.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Proven sales track record in the Saudi market.
• Dynamic, passionate about sales, and customer oriented.
• Knowledge of the KSA business market and strong daily planning and organization skills.
• Self-aware of how approach and behavior affect customers, peers, and other contacts.
• Customer-focused style and success using a Voice of the Customer approach.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships, understand customer needs, recommend products or services, and execute the sales process to support satisfaction.
• Conduct business development across account customer segments and work with the team on major projects.
• Develop prospective customer relationships, new customer contacts, and tailored customer presentations.
• Generate new business, grow existing accounts, meet sales and order goals, and increase market share.
• Follow quotation status, understand project requirements, and propose solutions with application-engineering support.
• Coordinate with factories on pricing, support, equipment, and deliveries; follow the complete delivery cycle.
• Review technical proposals, final technical submittals, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms; follow up on payments.
• Prepare project costing, gather market insights, generate leads, visit customers, and attend weekly and monthly sales reviews.
