Role overview

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor the Canadian technical hub team, including onboarding, governance, and professional development.
• Own readiness and execution across SIT2, UAT, dress rehearsals, production cutover, and hypercare.
• Set regional operating rhythms, escalation paths, reporting, and assurance evidence.
• Coordinate defect triage and resolution with global and London teams.
• Manage readiness of interfaces, reports, integrations, security roles, Fiori applications, and downstream dependencies.
• Apply change and release governance, quality assurance, and IS&T and SoX controls.
• Coordinate vendors and stakeholders across the United States and Canada on connectivity, environments, testing, and cutover.
• Lead the regional cutover runbook and command post, then hand over to operations after hypercare.

Required experience and qualifications

• Commitment to personal and team safety.
• Demonstrated technical leadership of a complex ERP transformation; SAP S/4HANA experience is ideal.
• Experience with technical readiness for testing, dress rehearsals, production cutover, and hypercare in a business-critical environment.
• Ability to lead specialists spanning SAP security, SAP BASIS or BTP, integration, development, quality assurance, program coordination, and operations.
• Experience in change and release governance, defect triage, controls, assurance, and third-party vendor coordination.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

Helpful experience

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, UI5 or ABAP development, integrations, and SoX controls is helpful.
• Spanish capability and experience collaborating across North America, London, and Asia-Pacific are helpful.
