Generalist Consultant (Manager / Associate Director) - Immediate availability (Contract Role)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams in delivering strategic solutions across a range of industries, including but not limited to, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare, Mobility, FMCG, Public Sector,
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, industry trends, and growth opportunities
• Develop innovative strategies and actionable recommendations to help clients improve operational efficiency and achieve long-term business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement key initiatives, ensuring seamless project execution
• Present findings and strategic insights to senior management and client stakeholders
• Craft in-depth data analyses to drive sophisticated hypothesis generation
• Prepare high quality presentations/proposals for clients including visually compelling documents, reports, and charts
• Assist project team with client relationship development, client need identification and proposal preparation
• Promote high standards of service delivery and support team members to achieve client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Required Experience And Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management or strategy at a top-tier consulting firms).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a top-tier university (MBA or relevant advanced degrees preferred)
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential.

• Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievements
• Ability to take ownership of project module structuring and planning work to deliver desired results
• Ability to conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions to other team members and senior clients.
• Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams is a plus.
