We are seeking a highly organised, professional and welcoming

General Secretary

  • to join our busy and friendly admin team.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent administrative and customer service support.
  • As the first point of contact for many of our families, visitors and staff, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the School office.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within an educational setting.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Calendar and Drive).
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Arabic is desirable but not essential.
  • Candidates will be required to have their educational certificates attested by a notary public and stamped by the Qatari Embassy in the country where they were issued, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar.
  • Interviews will be held in June 2026.
