General Practitioner – Aesthetic Medicine

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Consult with and assess patients; diagnose and manage common dermatological and skin conditions.
• Develop personalised aesthetic and skincare plans; perform Botox and dermal fillers where licensed and experienced.
• Perform or supervise skin boosters, mesotherapy, PRP, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, and other skin, acne, pigmentation, anti-ageing, rejuvenation, and hair-loss treatments.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care; explain options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
• Maintain patient records, follow DHA and UAE healthcare regulations, build patient relationships, and coordinate with clinic colleagues.

Candidate requirements

• Medical degree from a recognised institution and valid DHA licence or eligibility to practise as a General Practitioner in Dubai.
• Demonstrable experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, or cosmetic medicine; aesthetic procedure experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skin assessment, and aesthetic treatment planning.
• Excellent consultation and communication skills; professional and patient-focused approach.
• Fluent English required. Additional languages and previous UAE or Dubai clinic experience are advantageous or preferred.

Preferred experience

• Preferred experience includes Botox, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, mesotherapy, laser treatments, acne and scar management, pigmentation treatment, and skin rejuvenation.
• Hair restoration, medical-grade skincare, and Korean aesthetic treatments or skincare protocols are also advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 12,000–25,000 per month.
• Salary package is based on experience and qualifications; incentives and commission structure may be discussed during interview.

• Work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
