Overview

Clinical/Nursing Duties

• Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during patient consultations and procedures.
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical histories, vital signs, and treatment records.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure all medical equipment is clean, sterilized, and ready for use.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed and within licensing regulations.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any concerns to the attending physician.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, health, and safety standards.
• Manage medical supplies and assist with inventory control.

Reception & Administrative Duties

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Register patients and maintain accurate records in the clinic management system.
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly.
• Handle billing, insurance documentation, and payment collection as required.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a patient-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling medical insurance claims and approvals.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
