General Mechanic Diesel & Petrol Heavy Vehicle Role & Responsibilities Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of diesel and petrol heavy vehicles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot engine, transmission, brake, steering, and suspension system faults.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Perform engine overhauling and component replacement as required.
Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical defects.
Test vehicles after repair to ensure proper operation.
Maintain workshop safety standards and service records.
Ensure jobs are completed within the specified time frame.

Hydraulic Mechanic Heavy Equipment / Heavy Vehicles Role & Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems on heavy equipment and vehicles.
Troubleshoot hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, valves, and hoses.
Perform preventive maintenance and hydraulic component replacement.
Read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
Identify hydraulic leaks and carry out necessary repairs.
Test hydraulic systems after maintenance to ensure proper performance.
Maintain accurate service reports and maintenance records.
Follow safety procedures and workshop standards at all times.
