The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.

The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.

If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.

Ensure full compliance with Marriott brand standards, policies, procedures, and service excellence requirements.

Lead, motivate, and develop department heads and hotel staff to achieve operational goals.

Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

Monitor hotel performance indicators, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, and guest satisfaction scores.

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Implement cost-control measures while maintaining service quality and brand standards.

Supervise all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security.

Recruit, train, and retain talented employees while fostering a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and local regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and market share.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet brand expectations.

Build strong relationships with guests, corporate clients, vendors, and community stakeholders.

Prepare and present operational and financial reports to ownership and senior management.

Job Qualifications

Minimum 5 10 years of hotel management experience, preferably with Marriott-branded hotels.

Strong understanding of Marriott operating standards, guest service culture, and quality assurance programs.

Experience

with hotel property management systems and revenue management practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

1/ Basic salary 2/Housing 3/ Transport. 3000-4000$
